When you create or update a person in TrackMIS, who is integrated with Wialon/CMS tracking portal, TrackMIS performs API calls to update the user changes on Wialon/CMS.

Sometimes, you may encounter a challenge where you have granted some permissions, such as granting access to Default Unit Group like the screenshot below, but the user on Wialon/CMS is still not having access to the Default Unit Group.

In order to resolve this, please try to re-attempt the change by following the steps below:

a) Find the person record in TrackMIS under Contacts > People

b) Update the person record, and un-check (remove) the access for Default Unit Group

b) Save the person record to apply the changes

Then, re-apply the change by following the steps below:

a) Find the person record in TrackMIS under Contacts > People

b) Update the person record, and check (add) the access for Default Unit Group

b) Save the person record to apply the changes

In most cases, this should resolve the challenge.

If you still encounter challenges, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] for further investigation and troubleshooting.
