This release was pushed to production on 16th August 2023 15:00Hrs EAT.

 

This release includes bug fixes, minor improvements and new features. 

 

Maintenance: 

  • General: 

    • Direct support request form to help desk system such that reporter gets ticket number for tracking purposes. Fixes - a) Support Form;

    • Stop email from going to user after implementing support.trackmis.com ticketing system

    • Better logging of CMS API calls. 
  • Contacts & Organizations:

    • Display email/phone on contact view such that it is easy to copy. [Ticket No. 4363745] Contacts]

    • Fix broken link [Ticket No. 6635193]
    • Increasing file upload limit for contracts from 10MB to 20MB. 
    • Introducing a new data field for forcing bill run on the 1st of month. 
  • Proforma:
    • When updating a proforma invoice, the opportunity field now pre-fills automatically. 
  • Inventory: 

    • Expense Requisition: When updating a requisition of an expense type, the category now gets prefilled correctly. 
    • Stock Transfer:

      • Fix to correct logo on PDF document

      • Fix to introduce a space between IMEI/serial to have the PDF display text in multi-line (wrap). 

  • Order Fulfilment:

    • Flash View Report: 

      • Verifying data for pending schedule tile

      • Fix % and remove decimals on aging table

      • Fill in 'gaps' on charts (missing plots)

    • Installation Order, completion and verification:

      • Introducing an external survey form with Coda when installation is completed by a technician to request them to complete a detailed survey form. 
      • Ability to update asset name, odometer and engine hours fields when completing the verification process of an order. 

    • Order List: 

      • Removing of description field from list view to condense the layout for better readability.
      • Introducing a tab on order view for displaying the information from SOF in a tabular format for better readability. 
  • Customer Service
    • Unit Groups: Improvement of user interface for adding or removing units in a unit group.
